    The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on page one, line 10, by amending the title of the bill to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §19-25-1, §19-25-3, §19-25-5, §19-25-6 and §19-25-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to limiting the liability of landowners who make land available for law enforcement or homeland defense training.”
